Job summary

Enfint is seeking an Engineer to design, build, and improve AI-enabled full-stack software as part of a cross-functional team in Greater London. You will collaborate with engineers, business professionals, and end users to understand requirements and deliver practical AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, working with LLMs, agent-based workflows, and APIs, while ensuring code quality, reliability, and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in software engineering demonstrated across projects, internships, or contributions.
• Experience exploring generative AI, LLMs, or agentic systems.
• Ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve AI-enabled full-stack software in cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, business professionals, and end users to deliver practical solutions.
• Participate in client-facing conversations and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Learn from senior engineers and contribute knowledge and best practices.
• Work with customers to understand problems, workflows, and improvement opportunities.
• Determine where AI or agentic approaches add value to business processes.
• Deliver end-to-end AI-enabled applications: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, iteration.
• Build apps with large language models, agent-based workflows, retrieval, and APIs.
• Support deployment and adoption of solutions used in real client environments.
• Consider users, data, integrations, and failure scenarios when designing solutions.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and ensure reliability.
• Apply AI where it materially improves processes and outcomes.
• Evaluate when agentic solutions are appropriate versus deterministic software.
• Contribute to real-world solutions with measurable value and iterate based on feedback.
