Job summary

Enablis is building an AI-native consultancy that embeds AI into how we deliver, operate, and grow. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI and client delivery, offering the chance to solve real business problems.

You’ll work with experienced engineers and delivery leads to prototype, test, and turn proofs of concept into production-ready products, while contributing to our internal AI platform and reusable toolsets.

Qualifications

• Strong programming fundamentals in Python or TypeScript.
• Understanding of software engineering principles including testing and clean code.
• Genuine interest in AI engineering (LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering).
• Practical examples from university projects, personal projects or commercial experience.
• Curiosity about full-stack development, cloud technologies and end-to-end solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build AI prototypes and applications using client data.
• Work with LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents and tool integrations.
• Develop and improve solutions through feedback and iteration.
• Test AI applications, implement guardrails and improve reliability.
• Integrate data and systems within real-world security constraints.
• Contribute to internal AI tools and reusable templates.

The Role

This is an opportunity to build your career at the intersection of software engineering, AI and client delivery. Working alongside experienced engineers and delivery leads, you’ll help build AI solutions that solve real business problems.

You’ll be involved throughout the development process, from exploring client challenges and building prototypes to testing solutions and helping turn successful proofs of concept into production-ready products. You’ll also contribute to our internal AI platform, developing reusable tools and approaches to improve future delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building AI prototypes and applications using real client data
• Working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents and tool integrations
• Developing and improving solutions through regular feedback and iteration
• Testing AI applications, implementing guardrails and improving reliability
• Integrating data and systems within real-world technical and security constraints
• Contributing to internal AI tools, templates and reusable solutions
• Exploring emerging AI technologies and identifying practical use cases

What We're Looking For

• Curiosity about full-stack development, cloud technologies and building end-to-end solutions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Exposure to vector databases, embeddings or fine-tuning
• Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools
• Personal AI projects, open-source contributions or startup experience
