Job summary

Audika Group, part of the Demant family, is hiring an Ear Care Practitioner for our Glasgow centre. The role is two days per week with flexible scheduling and full training provided for the right candidate.

You will perform wax removal, conduct hearing screenings, and support patients throughout their ear health journey. We value caring, organized individuals with strong communication skills who excel in a patient-focused environment and are comfortable using digital systems.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and helping people improve their quality of life? We are looking for a friendly, patient-focused Ear Care Practitioner to join our welcoming team at our GlasgowHearing Centre. The working days will be two days per week and we are flexible in terms of which two days these will be.

Salary: £11,536per annum

What You'll Be Doing

As an Ear Care Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' hearing and ear health journey by:

• Performing professional wax removal procedures
• Conducting hearing screenings and referring patients for further assessment where appropriate
• Providing outstanding patient care, service, and support
• Assessing clients' needs and recommending the most appropriate ear care solutions
• Promoting ongoing ear health and patient wellbeing
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with Hidden Hearing's high standards
• Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records
• Adhering to all professional, legal, and company policies and procedures
