Job summary

Audika GB is seeking an Ear Care Practitioner in Glasgow for a part-time role with two working days per week. Full training will be provided for the right candidate and the salary is £11,536 per annum.

In this position you will perform wax removal, conduct hearing screenings, and provide excellent patient care. You will assess patient needs, recommend ear health solutions, and maintain compliant records while upholding high service standards.

We are looking for a friendly, patient-focused Ear Care Practitioner to join our welcoming team at our Glasgow Hearing Centre. The working days will be two days per week and we are flexible in terms of which two days these will be.

Salary: £11,536 per annum

What You'll Be Doing

As an Ear Care Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' hearing and ear health journey by:

• Performing professional wax removal procedures
• Conducting hearing screenings and referring patients for further assessment where appropriate
• Providing outstanding patient care, service, and support
• Assessing clients' needs and recommending the most appropriate ear care solutions
• Promoting ongoing ear health and patient wellbeing
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with Hidden Hearing's high standards
• Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records
• Adhering to all professional, legal, and company policies and procedures
