Job Description:

Role Mission:

The mission of the Qualitative Project Assistant is the coordination of qualitative projects and assisting the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered according to client specifications.

The Qualitative Project Assistant plays a key role in executing qualitative projects, responsible for coordinating with respondents, vendors, freelancers, translation agencies, and checking the quality of deliverables before passing them to the client. They are accountable for managing respondents, vendors, and delivery successfully.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting respondents in the local language, including panel recruitment and free-finding.
• Call, confirm, and rescreen respondents from online screeners.
• Update recruitment spreadsheets for Project Managers.
• Manage and oversee vendors for assigned qualitative projects, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded:
• Check vendor deliverables.
• Negotiate costs with vendors and freelancers.
• Maintain relationships with freelancers and vendors.
• Liaise with clients on behalf of Project Managers as needed.

Qualifications

Education and Training Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Minimum Experience: Experience in market research preferred, ideally in the medical/healthcare field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be business fluent in both German and English.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word; quick learner of new technologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects accurately in a fast-paced environment.
