As BI Manager, provide all aspects of BI Reporting activity for Plan, Journey, Commercial, Marketing, Partner and Finance teams and opportunities. To build trusted relationships with key stakeholders by defining internal customer outcomes, then translate these to requirements and direct the team to deliver to agreed timescales enabling exceptional experiences for both customers and the business. To play a key part in BI activities from strategy, through ideation to delivery and support. This role will also play a pivotal part in the delivery of metrics through various tools and making sure that the right delivery method is chosen.

Some of the great things you’ll be doing:
• Provision of regular business reporting for all experiences and functions to support decision making and planning; deliver them to the highest quality standards and accuracy on time.
• Build and optimisation of datasets to enable business to self serve. Translate business strategies and commercial needs into a backlog with high quality user stories and communicate these clearly to the team for delivery. Lead internal customer forums to prioritise the backlog.
• Ensures outputs have maximum impact through using visualization and effective storytelling
• Creating a centralized truth of key KPIs and metrics for team across CTM
• Manage data quality issues through to resolution.
• Managing the priority of the backlog and managing expectations on key deliverables
• Ensuring that the BI team have clear and agreed requirements
• Promote consistency of common business metrics working with other teams across CtM.
• Supports Data Warehouse team to ensure that data requirements are define and tested.
• Make effective trade off decisions e.g. scalability vs running costs, tech debt vs speed to value.
• Proactively identify and manage risk, issues and dependencies relating to the delivery of change.
• Lead, coach, develop attract and retain high-performing talent, ensuring appropriate succession planning, who can motivate and drive delivery of objectives.
