In this role, you’ll lead the way in business intelligence and CRM integration, partnering across the business to strengthen commercial execution. Your ability to turn data into action will empower teams – from Sales to Nursing – to work smarter, move faster, and deliver more for the people who depend on us.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Champion our Power BI strategy and tools – ensuring we get the best from our data at local and regional levels.
  • Lead the integration and optimisation of Salesforce.com and Power BI for seamless, actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs that bring clarity and drive performance.
  • Build bridges between commercial and technical teams to foster a collaborative, data-first culture.
  • Mentor and coach team members to strengthen analytics capabilities across the region.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance, supporting confident, evidence-based decision-making.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Global teams.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence, or Sales Operations.
  • Deep Power BI expertise – including DAX, data modelling, Power Query and dashboard development, SQL, Data Warehousing, Star Schema, and Power BI semantic models.
  • Strong experience with CRM reporting and integration (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • A natural collaborator with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to influence across levels – from team members to senior leadership.
  • A passion for improvement and a curiosity for what’s possible.
