Are you an administrative coordinator looking to join a friendly business on a temporary basis until 31st December?

Do you want to work in a friendly business, providing occupational health referrals across both private and commercial sectors?

On offer is the chance to enjoy flexible employment, on a temporary basis working for a company that has a real, positive impact on people's lives.

In this role you will be managing nurses diaries, and organising where they need to be, alongside organising client visits. It is a role that will keep you on your toes but is ultimately rewarding as you will be part of a great team making a real difference in people's lives.

The ideal candidate will be hard working, highly organised and willing to work under time pressures. They will also have experience working in an administrative environment and have at least a grade C or equivalent in GCSE English and Maths.

The Role

  • Making sure the correct nurses are visiting the correct clients
  • General office administration and duties
