How You'll Make an Impact

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director with strong experience and understanding of the digital marketing industry. Working with the support of the London Epsilon team, you will have access to cutting-edge digital solutions to attract clients. This quota-carrying role focuses on closing business. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Business Development and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, along with key internal stakeholders and external customers. This is a hybrid role based in London (2-3 days in the office per week).

What You'll Achieve
  • Meet annual revenue targets by closing new contracts with direct clients outside of Publicis Groupe, selling Digital Media & Onsite Optimization solutions to enterprise-level accounts.
  • Engage in consultative selling, developing opportunities and closing deals.
  • Manage all sales stages from prospecting to signing.
  • Experience selling complex platforms to mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product development to align sales strategies with business goals.
Who You Are
  • What you'll bring:
    • 5-7+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
    • A strong network of contacts across various verticals such as retail, travel, finance, auto, FMCG.
    • Ability to think quickly and navigate challenges dynamically.
    • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes.
  • What might make you stand out:
    • Deep understanding of the Adtech industry, market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
    • 2+ years agency experience.
    • Creative problem-solving and a tenacious selling style.
    • Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven sales strategies.
