An established industry player is seeking a motivated individual for a 12-month fixed-term role in learning and development. This exciting position offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to engage with teams in both Peterborough and London. Our Team:
A small team who are responsible for all learning and development initiatives across Bauer Media Publishing in London and Peterborough. This team also sits alongside and collaborates on a regular basis with the Publishing HR team. We are always looking to support with upskilling and ensuring career growth across teams within the business.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
The focus of the role:
To support the Head of People Development with the administration and coordination of all training and development offerings for our employees.
This role comes with a hybrid way of working which means you’ll be required to attend our Peterborough office at least twice per week, and the rest working from home. You may also get the opportunity to visit our London office when required for training events that need support on.
