Job description

Our client, the leading motor trade employer in the North West, is seeking an experienced MOT Tester/Technician.

We offer a £4,000 bonus.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Saturday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (rotational).

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct MOT inspections
• Issue MOT documentation
• Ensure the security of the MOT certification process
• Implement the MOT scheme in compliance with Vehicle & Operator Services Agency (VOSA) and company requirements
• Perform tyre fitting, wheel alignment, exhaust repairs, battery replacements, welding/cutting, basic & advanced suspension, and brake work

The ideal candidate will be a team player willing to assist with tasks beyond MOT testing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold a valid MOT licence
• Full UK driving licence
• Own your own tools
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work quality
