Joining as an Assistant Manager, you'll receive a thorough induction to ensure you're fully trained across all areas of the centre, including lanes, bar and diner, and amusements.

In our fast-paced environment, you'll be at the heart of the Hollywood Bowl experience, supporting smooth operations, fostering fun and positivity, and improving the customer journey.

Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring the team, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting the General Manager in achieving centre goals and financial targets.

You will ensure your centre maintains high standards and service, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for customers.

To be successful, you will have:

• Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• A drive for success
