Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong sales leadership to drive team performance and exceed store targets
Support the Store Manager in delivering customer service excellence at all times
Help manage retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards
Take on elements of P&L responsibility and contribute to driving profitability
Assist in recruitment & training, ensuring the team is motivated and well-developed
Maintain a high standard of store presentation and operational compliance
Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager's absence, showing confidence and initiative

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or experienced Supervisor in retail management
Strong team management skills with the ability to coach and motivate
A proactive and hands-on approach to driving sales and operations
Organised, efficient, and adaptable in a busy retail environment
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving commercial goals
