Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with customers to identify needs and convert opportunities into sales
  • Meet sales targets and maximize profits
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and promote long-term profitability
  • Prospect via telephone
  • Promote and sell additional products like GAP, paint protection, and warranties
  • Stay updated on finance options and legislation

This role involves working five days a week, with Sundays off. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, and Saturday 9am - 1pm.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in target-driven retail sales
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Effective communication and rapport-building skills
  • Motivated, driven, and target-oriented
  • Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving license

Previous motor industry sales experience is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided. The successful candidate must consent to a DBS check, and employment is contingent on a satisfactory disclosure.
