Job Title: Claims Operations & Management Information Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Claims Operations & Management Information Technician to join our growing insurance company. The role involves ensuring data accuracy in claims reports, generating KPIs and MI reports, and tracking claims payments.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and ensure the accuracy of monthly claims bordereaux, including automated validation and manual checks.
• Monitor claims projections, payments, and float amounts, collaborating with Finance for bank reconciliations.
• Generate KPIs and MI reports for claims monitoring and analysis.
• Design claims bordereaux templates and write specifications.
• Assist with regulatory returns and support audit requirements.
• Utilize SQL and Power BI to support data reporting needs.
• Support the Claims Team and Operations Projects.
• Understand and prioritize MI needs for US and European claims teams, communicating progress regularly.
• Build effective relationships with team members and clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations or management information.
• Experience in performance analysis and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and VBA at an intermediate level.
• Strong skills in SQL and Power BI or similar tools.
• Degree or relevant industry experience.
• Experience in producing executive reports is advantageous.
• Claims insurance knowledge is preferable.
• Attention to detail, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with IT systems and ability to meet deadlines.
