CNC Turner Job Overview

• Program, set, and operate Fanuc controlled CNC lathes.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to determine machining requirements.
• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets to optimize performance and ensure tight tolerances.
• Conduct regular inspections of produced parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of setups, adjustments, and maintenance performed.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance as needed.

CNC Turner Job Requirements

• Previous CNC turning experience, including programming, setting, and operating Fanuc-controlled machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

CNC Turner Salary & Benefits

• Full-time, permanent position.
• Monday to Friday, 39-hour week with an early finish on Friday.
• Salary: £15-£18 per hour, depending on experience.
