We are looking for an inspirational leader to join our strong management team within the Integrated Adolescent Service. The role is for a Clinical Team Manager who will develop and lead a multi-disciplinary Health & Wellbeing Hub, using evidence-based practices to support positive outcomes for children, typically adolescents affected by extra-familial harm, the criminal justice, and care systems.
The service aims to prevent offending, reduce re-offending, and safeguard children from intra- and extra-familial harm through innovative practices and government-funded initiatives such as Turnaround, Engage, Your Choice, the National Referral Mechanism pilot, and a Health & Wellbeing Hub.
Lewisham was selected as a DFE Pathfinder authority to test social care reforms. The Clinical Team Manager will collaborate with colleagues across the service and partners to ensure high-quality risk assessments and therapeutic interventions, emphasizing relational and strength-based approaches, Trauma Informed, Anti-Racist, Restorative, Contextual Safeguarding, and Signs of Safety methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering clinical supervision, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of inspiring and motivating teams.
