We are looking for an inspirational leader to join a strong management team within the Integrated Adolescent Service. The Clinical Team Manager will develop and lead a multi-disciplinary Health & Wellbeing Hub, supporting positive outcomes for children and adolescents affected by extra-familial harm, the criminal justice system, and care systems.
The service aims to prevent offending, reduce re-offending, and safeguard children. The Clinical Team Manager will work closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality assessments and therapeutic interventions, using relational and strength-based approaches, and promoting trauma-informed, anti-racist, and restorative practices.
Ideal candidates should have experience in clinical supervision, strong leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
