Main Responsibilities:

1. Assess all aspects of clients' care needs and provide health supervision and direct nursing care as required.
2. Assess social and health care needs of new clients and review ongoing assessments.
3. Ensure client care plans are completed and maintained collaboratively, following NMC guidelines and company policies.
4. Administer prescribed medicines and document appropriately.
5. Practice with integrity, respecting clients' personal and financial affairs.
6. Supervise and guide junior and new staff members.
7. Attend mandatory training sessions.
8. Maintain good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team; provide administrative support when needed.
