We are looking for a super-talented EMEA Accounting Manager to join our finance team in our fast-growing company. In this role, you will manage all aspects of accounting activities, implement accounting policies, and ensure statutory compliance.

As an EMEA Accounting Manager at JFrog, you will...

• Be responsible for all aspects of accounting operations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, HR, FP&A, Sales, and Operations to address the financial implications of business initiatives.
• Ensure timely month-end close and accurate financial reporting, including recording journal entries and account reconciliation.
• Establish and implement consistent accounting policies and practices.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including local statutory audits and tax filings in France and other EMEA entities where JFrog operates.
• Handle statutory reporting as well as US GAAP to STAT GAAP reconciliation.
• Understand and improve transactional flows in the global ERP system to ensure accurate financial results.
• Work with external professional service providers on auditing and tax compliance projects.
• Participate in other accounting and operational projects as assigned.

To be an EMEA Accounting Manager at JFrog, you need...

• Native English speaker with a high level of French proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in high-tech companies.
• Experience with ERP systems; Netsuite with multi-book enabled is a plus.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and French GAAP; proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• A proactive attitude willing to dive into details.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
