Job description

Vacancy: Receptionist/Clerical Officer

A vacancy has arisen within the AHP Administration Team for a full-time Receptionist/Clerical Officer, primarily based at Aberdeen Health Village (office-based position).

About the Team

The AHP Administration Team is a large, city-wide team providing clerical and administrative support to the Allied Health Professions, including Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and Speech & Language Therapy.

Candidate Profile
  1. Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Enjoys working closely with the public
  4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
  5. Good keyboard skills and confident IT system usage
  6. Experience with PMS (Patient Management System) is advantageous but not essential (training provided)
