Job description

A vacancy has arisen within the AHP Administration Team for a full-time Receptionist/Clerical Officer, primarily based at Aberdeen Health Village (office-based position).

The AHP Administration Team is a large, city-wide team providing clerical and administrative support to the Allied Health Professions, including Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and Speech & Language Therapy.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills who enjoys working closely with the general public. As part of a fast-paced team, you must adapt to an ever-changing environment and possess the ability to cope with change, prioritize workload, and manage time pressures effectively.

Applicants should have good keyboard skills and confidence in using IT systems. Experience with PMS (Patient Management System) is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

If you are self-motivated, flexible, and seeking a new challenge within a busy outpatient environment, this is the post for you!
