This role will require very occasional travel to our client's Head office in Leicestershire.

We are partnering with a rapidly growing full-service marketing agency, one of the most established in the area, as they recruit for a top-tier Senior Account Manager.

This is a newly created role due to significant business growth and is part of a major recruitment drive. Reporting to the Account Director, this role offers an opportunity to join an agency with a strong reputation, service-driven approach, and responsibility for strategically leading a portfolio of clients and delivering top-notch local marketing activities for high-profile brands within their sector.

To be considered, candidates should have:

• A successful track record in a senior marketing manager role, either client or agency side.
• Experience in the house building or property sector.
• Experience in local marketing and driving footfall to local sites, preferably within the property sector.

• An integrated marketing background, working with both online and offline activities.
• Highly creative approach.
