Boutique downtown Denver commercial litigation firm has an opening for a full-time commercial litigation attorney. Sweetbaum Miller PC is a leading commercial and real estate litigation firm providing services to a diverse client set.

The ideal candidate will have litigation experience and be interested in working on complex commercial, real estate, and business litigation matters. We are looking for candidates with 4+ years of civil litigation experience who can hit the ground running. Must be admitted in Colorado. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with federal and state rules of procedure; possess excellent writing skills; and be comfortable taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and preparing for and conducting examinations at trial.

The annualized salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
