Hi there, this is Mila Read from Found Legal, where we specialise in-house technology lawyer recruitment.

My client is a global software company looking to hire a Senior Commercial Technology Lawyer at 8+ PQE level.

Location / Remote

The company's offices are just outside West London (30-40 min from Waterloo).

The team meets once every 1-2 weeks in the office.

The office is in a nice location by the river with a garden and outdoor lunch area.

The role can be hybrid or remote for the right person (based in the UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium, where the business also has offices).

About the Company

A B-to-B software company with approximately 2,500 employees globally, serving other tech companies.

Headquartered in Europe, with no US late-night calls.

The legal team comprises about 10-12 lawyers.

Established 30 years ago, growing 20% annually.

A secure and exciting business with a great culture and talented team.

Role Overview

• International (EMEA) commercial technology lawyer role, with 70-80% of work supporting sales activities.
• Legal team collaborates closely with Sales, involved early in projects, and participates in team events.

Candidate Profile

Seeking an experienced commercial technology lawyer with 8+ years of experience.

In-house experience or client secondments supporting Tech/Software vendors or IT Services companies preferred.

Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with experience handling bespoke contracts.
