As a Product Manager Vice President in the Client Transformation Team, you will operate as part of a dynamic in-house consulting team in London, partnering globally with multidisciplinary teams across operations, technology, data analytics, and finance to redesign how the bank delivers a seamless and enhanced client experience. You will work on meaningful and high-impact initiatives that enable the target state vision for client onboarding, e-trading enablement, and other future initiatives.

Job responsibilities
  1. Engage in strategy development of business initiatives to define and establish target state operating models across functions and asset classes.
  2. Contribute to the delivery of go-to-market strategies for market-leading in-house and vendor solutions in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  3. Conceptualize, develop, and test minimum viable products (MVP) to solve critical business problems and help scale successful use cases in the client onboarding lifecycle.
  4. Manage cross-organizational transformation agenda.
  5. Own and execute key program deliverables while measuring success against clearly defined milestones/roadmap.
  6. Accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning within the firm to deliver business value.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Ability to structure and solve complex business problems using a data-driven, hypothesis-based approach.
  • Experience in developing strong business cases and modeling skills for quantitative and qualitative analyses with cross-functional executives.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView, SQL, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong influencing and leadership skills to build trust-based relationships and drive strategic initiatives.
