What You Will Be Doing

As an OD consultant, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating OD interventions that support the University's strategic aims, including transformational and cultural change. Working with People Business partners, you will lead or contribute to various OD projects, focusing on leadership and management development.

Qualifications/Experience

• Degree-level education or relevant consultancy experience
• OD or relevant behavioral science qualifications
• Coaching qualification (e.g., ILM Level 5) or commitment to achieve this
• Experience in facilitating transformational and cultural change, competency and capability development, leadership development, embedding values and behaviors, talent management, team development, and employee engagement
