This role is within the OD and Culture team, part of the People, Culture and Wellbeing directorate. The team is rapidly developing a portfolio of OD services that foster the University's values and the skills, expectations, and behaviors needed to realize our vision.
As an OD consultant, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating OD interventions that support the University's strategic aims, including transformational and cultural change. Working with People Business partners, you will lead or contribute to various OD projects, focusing on leadership and management development.
