THE OPPORTUNITY
This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create and maintain process maps, working closely with the Project Management team to provide regular project updates to the Senior Leadership Team. Some regular travel to Newport, Vermont, will be required.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
A typical day may include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document ERP business requirements for all end-to-end processes.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of ERP systems and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Creating and maintaining process maps and work instructions to support communication, training, and change management initiatives.
- Analyzing manufacturing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending process improvements.
- Utilizing Infor CSI Syteline ERP expertise to support and enhance ERP system functionalities.
- Acting as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment.
- Providing regular updates to the ERP Project Manager and assisting with project progress tracking.
- Supporting end-user training initiatives to promote ERP adoption and efficiency.
- Supporting projects with multiple vendors within the ERP program model.
- Managing ERP support activities, including ticketing systems, reporting, KPIs during project hyper-care, and acting as the key contact for ERP support.
- Supporting Power BI reporting for Sales, Finance, and other functions.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Qualifications include:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing, defense, or data compliance-driven industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Technical expertise in Infor CSI Syteline ERP or similar systems like SAP or Oracle, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of defense manufacturing processes, including master data management, order management, production planning, materials management, quality, inventory control, engineering project management, and finance.
- Proficiency in requirements analysis and process mapping tools/methodologies, especially Visio.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and project platforms like JIRA or Zoho Project.
- Experience creating Power BI reports from cloud data sources.
This position requires working onsite in NH or Montreal, with occasional travel (25%) to locations in VT and Canada. No agencies, please.
