Job description

Are you looking for new opportunities and want to work within the Sales, Customer Service, and IT team of a global business supporting our transformation rollout?

Here at JELD-WEN Europe, a global organisation that produces and manufactures doors and doorsets, we’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis initially.

The successful candidate must be fluent in English and German but can be based anywhere in Europe. This is a remote role, with some travel to sites across Europe to support launch activities when required (primarily UK, Germany, and France). Working within a growing cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to be hands-on with the latest Salesforce products.

You will support product owners in delivering the European customer service transformation program. Your role will involve improving business processes, efficiency, and Salesforce adoption through the rollout of the new organisation, implementing standardised solutions with local customisation where necessary.

You will manage and deliver reporting requests for both the new and existing organisation in a timely manner, providing analysis and insights to enhance Salesforce adoption and overall business process efficiency.

We offer this role on a 12-month fixed-term contract initially, working remotely, with a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, up to 7.5% pension, Medicash health plan, salary sacrifice schemes, and opportunities for career development.

Your impact will include:

  1. Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements for the new Salesforce organisation.
  2. Translating business requirements into Epics & User Stories via Jira.
  3. Collaborating with the IT development team to refine and deliver business solutions.
  4. Supporting the Product Owners and Training Manager with the creation of UAT scripts.
  5. Conducting UAT testing within the Sales Operations team and with wider business stakeholders.
  6. Producing release communications for key stakeholders.
  7. Providing hypercare support post-launch, prioritising and resolving issues.
  8. Managing reporting requests, understanding requirements, building reports, and validating business needs.
  9. Handling ad hoc requests, including managing the EU Sales Operations mailbox, supporting approximately 1,000 Salesforce users across Europe with customer service queries.

What you'll need to succeed:

  1. Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities, features, reporting, and dashboards.
  2. Fluency in English and German; additional languages like French or Swedish are beneficial but not essential.
  3. A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is desirable.
  4. Industry knowledge in construction, manufacturing, or retail sectors is advantageous.
  5. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, are highly desirable.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  7. Ability to simplify complex concepts and processes.
  8. Business acumen and understanding of wider business processes.
  9. An analytical mindset with the ability to summarise key insights.
  10. Ability to challenge and influence current ways of working and processes.
  11. High attention to detail and results-oriented approach.
  12. A team player with a positive outlook.
  13. Flexibility to travel across Europe, including the UK, Germany, and France, to support launch activities.
