Madison Berkeley has partnered exclusively with one of the UK’s most dynamic and well-capitalised private real estate investment firms to conduct a high-level confidential search for an Associate Director – Management Surveyor.

This is a high-impact leadership role, overseeing a diverse national portfolio of 150+ assets, primarily comprising multi-let offices (with a Central London focus). The position is part of a wider platform managing over £2 billion in global assets, offering significant influence at a senior level within an agile, entrepreneurial business.

This role provides an opportunity to act as second in command to the Head of Property Management, with the plan for the successful candidate to eventually assume this role.
