The Recipe

• You will receive a 6-week induction and support from in-house driver training teams.
• You prefer early mornings, with shifts starting around 3:30am (patterns may vary), giving you afternoons off.
• You will enjoy autonomy, loading your vehicle with bakery products based on delivery notes or electronic devices, ensuring accuracy.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance, defect reporting, and transport legislation (Driver Hours, working time directive, Highway Code) is essential for safety and compliance.
• Your route will be loaded into your onboard computer, and then you’re ready to go!
• You will deliver to multiple customers daily, building strong relationships, providing quality service, and representing our brand professionally.
• You will work a rotating 5-day pattern, including weekends, totaling approximately 43 hours weekly, with some weeks less, helping you plan your life.
