Our client is looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in distributor management, selling high-value capital equipment or medical devices. Profiles without this experience will not be considered.

Salary: up to £80K

Bonus: £30K uncapped OTE

The Role:

As a Distributor Sales Manager, you will manage and lead distributor networks to maximize revenue and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing distributor networks across Eastern Europe.
  • Creating market awareness through seminars, trade shows, articles, and other activities.
  • Strengthening distributor relationships and increasing sales performance.
  • Traveling up to 50% of the time to key markets.

Relevant geographical territories include: Albania, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Turkey, and Balkan territories (excluding Romania).

Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in distributor management, selling high-value capital equipment or medical devices.
  • Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are advantageous).
  • A valid driving license is required.
The Package:
  • Basic Salary: £60,000 - 80,000
  • Uncapped Bonus: £30,000

  • Holidays: 25 days plus statutory holidays
