Pay Rate

$20.74-$23.01/HR (depending on department)

+ $0.50/hr on 2nd shift

+ $1.00/hr on 3rd shift

Shifts

• 1st M-F 7am-3pm (limited availability, temp)
• 2nd M-F 3pm-11pm
• 3rd Sun-Thurs 11pm-7am

Note: All training is on first shift (7am-3pm).

In this role, you will:

• Operate compression/injection molding machines
• Make seals used in automotive and machinery
• Operate machines related to rubber, springs, and metal stamping/treatment
• Inspect finished products
• Use basic computer skills for documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
• Must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks
• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 35 lbs or more
