As an Entry-Level 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that builds relationships with clients and candidates in life-changing industries. Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Understanding and addressing the needs of both clients and candidates
• Matching candidates to suitable roles within the STEM industries
• Negotiating contracts and managing the recruitment process from start to finish

Ideal Candidate:

A successful Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant at SThree should possess most of the following:

• A natural sales ability
• Some commercial experience (sales experience in B2B, telesales, F2F, D2D is advantageous)
• Competitive flair (experience in sports or high-level competitions is a plus)
• Strong relationship-building skills
• A drive and hunger to succeed
• Motivation to achieve financial success
