What You’ll Do:

1. Perform in-home HVAC service calls with precision and professionalism
2. Build strong customer relationships by educating and offering the right solutions
3. Diagnose heating/cooling issues and recommend the best repair or replacement options
4. Maintain a clean, organized work truck and job site—because details matter
5. Develop your skill sets by actively participating in training, technical, and operational meetings
6. Deliver 5-star service—every customer, every time

What You’ll Get:

What You Bring to the Team (Basic Qualifications):

• 1+ years Residential HVAC service/maintenance experience – including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
• Demonstrated understanding of HVAC codes and how to apply them in real-world scenarios
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability with math and measurements
• Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching

Preferred Qualifications:

• HVAC Diploma/Certification(s) from recognized trade/technical college
• 1+ year’s experience using dispatch and job management systems (ServiceTitan strongly recommended)
