JOB SUMMARY:

As our Food and Beverage Services Supervisor, you'll work under the guidance of the Food and Beverage Manager, helping to operate our food and beverage outlets successfully. This role requires a proactive approach, leading the team to ensure success and deliver a unique guest experience.

• Ensure team collaboration to provide optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with staff training and coaching.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning, and securing premises.
• Manage inventories, stock supplies, and place requisitions.
• Oversee dining room operations, including seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
