About

Our client, a rapidly growing medical diagnostics organisation, is currently looking for a Global Distribution Manager to join their team near Bracknell.

Please note that due to the nature of the role, you'll need to travel regularly outside of the UK.

Role Overview

As a Global Distribution Manager, you will lead and grow their network of international distributors. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role for someone with a deep understanding of the diagnostics industry, ideally with hands-on lab experience and a proven track record in business development or international sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and support the global distributor network, ensuring strong performance, stock levels, and market growth.
2. Identify, onboard, and manage OEM partners to integrate products into diagnostic workflows.
3. Deliver technical product training and commercial support to partners across multiple regions.
4. Represent the company at international exhibitions and conferences, showcasing products and expanding global reach.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing, logistics, and strategic planning, while maintaining accurate CRM and reporting.
