As EA to CPO, you will;

  • Manage the Chief People Officer's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including document preparation and minute-taking.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the Chief People Officer in project management and departmental initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting correspondence and presentations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on actions and deadlines.
