Job description

Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £70k– £80k + benefits
Start Date: ASAP

I am working on an incredibly exciting opportunity for an EA to support the CEO of a high-profile, fast-paced consultancy based in central London. They are looking for someone with 2+ years experience at c-suite level – happy being flexible with hours!

The Role

You will act as the right hand and trusted shadow to a dynamic and fast-paced CEO whose schedule is ever changing with a lot of international travel for short periods of time. The pace is rapid, the demands are high, and plans can (and often do) change at the last minute. You will need to be three steps ahead at all times, ensuring the CEO is in the right place at the right time, with everything they need. This role requires someone calm under pressure, who thrives in environments where no two days are the same, and where spinning multiple plates is just part of the norm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of the CEO’s complex diary and global travel arrangements
  • Managing both business and light personal schedules, including his global homes
  • Overseeing expenses, logistics, and itinerary planning
  • Acting as the line manager for a small admin team
  • Taking minutes at senior leadership meetings and ensuring follow-ups
  • Acting as gatekeeper and problem solver for last-minute changes or issues
  • Adapting working hours based on the CEO’s travel and availability – flexibility is key
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years supporting at C-suite level
  • Industry background is open, but private sector experience is preferred
  • Proven experience managing complex international travel and diaries
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders and leading a small team
  • Highly adaptable, solutions-focused, and discreet
Working Hours & Hybrid Policy
  • 9am-5.30pm but flexibility
  • Hybrid but however, when the CEO is in London, you’ll need to be on-site
Salary & Benefits
  • £70k–£80k, depending on experience
  • Competitive benefits package

If you’re a proactive, resilient, and experienced EA looking to step into a highly visible, fast-paced role supporting an inspiring and driven CEO – this could be the opportunity for you.
