Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support directors and the senior management team in Southampton. The role blends traditional EA/PA duties with broader business administration, project coordination and relationship management.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and discreet, able to manage multiple priorities and confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise busy diaries, calendars, meetings and inboxes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas and board papers, take board meeting minutes, notes and follow up on actions.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and briefing documents.
  • Provide general administrative and organisational support to senior leadership.
  • Assist with projects, ensuring actions and deadlines are kept on track.
  • Organise events and liaise with clients, senior contacts and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
  • Support with HR and financial administration, including expenses and other routine processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior administrative team members where required.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and provide support wherever needed.

Executive Assistant/ PA

Location: Southampton

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to join the team with immediate effect

The successful candidate will be supporting the directors and senior management team in playing an important role within the day-to-day running of the organisation. Personality and cultural fit are particularly important, and we are looking for someone who is warm, approachable, professional and genuinely enjoys working closely with people.

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership within a busy and dynamic organisation.

This is a varied role that will combine traditional EA/PA responsibilities with wider business administration, project coordination and relationship management. No two days are necessarily the same, so we are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and enjoys being involved.

Key Responsibilities as an EA/ PA

  • Competent user of MS Office e.g. MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and also Adobe.
