Milton Keynes Contract Day Rate: £527.65 - £671.54 Inside IR35

We're currently seeking an accomplished and highly ambitious Business Analyst to work with our exceptional client in a secure environment, managing challenging and highly rewarding projects.

This contract role requires security clearance prior to assignment. The opportunity is available in Milton Keynes and is based onsite.

This Business Analyst role is conducted in an environment that is far from ordinary; therefore, we're not looking for ordinary candidates. Our client seeks a Business Analyst to work within their transformation department.

Role Requirements

1. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and communicate findings both verbally and in writing.
2. Present work and ideas to build stakeholder engagement in support of business change activities.
3. Communicate across technical teams and business representatives at all levels of the organization.
4. Analyse complex problems and break them down into concise work packages for effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide direction and ownership on redesigning documentation, processes, and systems to achieve business benefits.
2. Ensure stakeholders and project sponsors understand the impacts of change.
3. Build excellent working relationships with all key stakeholders, including up to executive level.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to support deliverables for programmes and projects.
5. Deliver process mapping, requirements elicitation, and define solutions to improve effectiveness or user experience.
6. Lead Agile project teams, demonstrating experience in Agile methodologies.
