This senior front-office role at a dynamic, well-capitalized lender involves originating transactions, conducting detailed underwriting, and managing deals to completion, working with an experienced team and strong funding sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate new lending opportunities across bridging, development, and investment loans (up to £100m).
• Manage deals from initial engagement through credit underwriting and execution.
• Structure bespoke financial solutions across the capital stack.
• Underwrite facilities with a credit-first approach, present to internal committees and investors, and liaise with developers, brokers, advisors, and solicitors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, seeking new opportunities.
• Coordinate with portfolio management for smooth loan performance and long-term success.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in originating and structuring real estate loans.
