Job Details

1. Job Overview: We are seeking an ONSITE IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician to support casual freelancing tasks in your area. Tasks are contractual, paid hourly or daily/half-day, dispatched based on your availability (weekdays, weekends). Responsibilities include L1 & L2 IT/Networking support such as desktop support, hardware installation & replacement, on-site assistance with routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
2. Base Skill Set: Expertise in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release management, and support for various third-party applications on Windows. Certified in IT Infrastructure Library & Windows Server Administration. Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, wireless LAN, Ethernet configuration, and subnetting. Experience with OS like iOS, Android, Windows, Blackberry.
3. Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
4. Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
5. Work Location: Victoria, BC (On-site)
6. Terms of Employment: Part-time
7. Start Date: As soon as possible
