Pay Rate: £26,249.60

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday

Location: HM Prison Isle of Sheppey ME12 4AX

PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a prison. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process.

Each day on our HMPPS contract offers unique challenges. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting inmates' rehabilitation by working with a diverse team in a prison environment.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of prisoners in a warehouse setting, with hands-on involvement in picking and packing
• Reconciling stock levels within the on-site warehouse
• Managing the timely and accurate dispatch of orders to inmates
• Meeting and exceeding operational targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Three years of UK address history (mandatory for security clearance)
• Ability to work effectively within a prison environment alongside inmates
• Understanding of warehouse processes (desirable)
• Strong communication skills across all levels
