• Analyse sales trends and performance data to guide sales strategies and pipeline development.
• Oversee key accounts, resolve escalations, and ensure strong client relationships.
• Execute and roll out sales initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Provide hands-on support to sales teams when covering for managers during leave.
