We are looking to welcome a new Trainee Property Manager to our team in Braintree. As a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Braintree, you will receive:

1. £26,700 OTE per year
2. Uncapped commission
3. Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*)
4. Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays

How you will make an impact as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Braintree:

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
• Managing maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Handling deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards

• Managing complaints
