Location: Coatbridge

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 pa + excellent benefits

We are seeking a self-motivated CPC Transport/Fleet Compliance Manager with strong leadership qualities to take overall compliance responsibility for a busy, time-sensitive operation managing over 130 fleet vehicles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a logistics professional with natural leadership abilities to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of a busy fleet, ensuring compliance across all functions in a time-sensitive environment.
• Plan and coordinate operations to meet targets and time constraints.
• Continuously improve operational and financial efficiencies.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy of information.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and HR regulations.
