About the Role - Fresh Section Leader

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working to fit your lifestyle, this role can accommodate that. Late and weekend shifts are required, and flexibility is appreciated.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team huddles, ensuring product availability, and planning overtime and holidays to ensure adequate staffing.
