Retail Supervisor - Full Time, 39 hours

We are seeking a dedicated retail supervisor for our shop in South Shields, Tyne and Wear. This is a permanent full-time position, offering 39 hours per week across a variety of shifts, 5 days from 7. Flexibility in availability, including weekends, is generally required.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly rate of £13.11, with a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours per week, earning at least £511 weekly. Overtime opportunities may be available for additional earnings.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the management team in leading the shop to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service
• Manage shop operations in the manager’s absence, including customer service, deliveries, and routine maintenance
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the retail team
• Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll
