Job Opportunity: Architectural Technician

We are representing a well-established Architectural practice seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team near Woking. This is an excellent opportunity for career development within a busy, growing team.

The practice specializes in the Residential sector, including low-storey new builds and refurbishments. They work closely with high-profile house builders on projects ranging from 10 to 500 units. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities include on-site work, liaising with contractors and developers, producing technical details, and managing multiple projects using AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit is highly advantageous as the firm is beginning to implement it.

Key Requirements

• Living in or near Woking
• Motivated with a strong work ethic
• Relevant Degree and at least 2 years' post-qualification experience
• Excellent knowledge of construction standards (Building Regulations, NHCB, British Standards)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Revit is beneficial
• Experience in the Residential sector and client interactions
